We always advise that you start shopping at least a year in advance. It’s best to allow 8-10 months before your wedding date to order a dress, as this ensures that your dress can be made, delivered and fitted in good time.

If you have less than 8 months before your wedding, and don't have a dress - don’t panic! We can still order dresses in time but this will incur rush fees. If you have any further questions or concerns, then please get in touch with us.

Our special-order designer dresses start at £900 and can go up to £3,000+.
Off-the-rack samples can be much less, with the majority being marked down between 50-75%, although prices vary.

All dress prices exclude alterations and pretty much every gown will require some adjustments to make it a perfect fit.

Yes, there is a small non-refundable appointment fee of £25 upon booking an appointment which will go towards any bridal gown purchased.

A Trunk Show is an exciting chance to see a wider collection of wedding dresses from one of our designers. During these events, we stock the boutique with the designers latest collection to give you an opportunity to try dresses that are not part of our permanent collection. Plus, we offer a 10% discount on all of the designers wedding dresses, along with 20% off any accessories purchased on the day.

We require a card to secure your appointment. The card that you provide will be used to pay any appointment fees.

Please be rest assured that your card details are safe. We use Stripe.com to process your card details and they are certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.

YES! We have FREE forecourt parking right outside the shop which is reserved only for our brides.

If, for any reason you cannot park on our drive, there is free roadside parking available along with 3 other mini car parks; Aladdin's car park, The Crown's car park (pay & display but refunded if you visit) and a pay & display next to the Crown.

We'll welcome you into the boutique where we will discuss what it is you're wanting in a wedding dress, your wedding plans and current likes. You'll then get to browse through 45+ dresses to try on... and this is where the fun begins! We'll try on some veils and hair accessories to complete your look,  with the hopes that you'll find your perfect wedding dress and say 'YES'!

For special-order dresses, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your order. We order your dress within 5 working days. When your dress arrives, you'll have 14 days to pay the remaining 50% balance. 

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Visa Electron, as well as cash. We do not accept cheques.

We work closely with a seamstress based in Henley-in-Arden who we will refer you to. You are not obligated in any way to use our seamstresses. You are welcome to use your own seamstress if that works best for you.
