We may be your first boutique, or perhaps your fifth boutique, however, we kindly ask that you read through our appointment policy before booking your appointment. We want you to have the best possible bridal experience with us, so by making an appointment with us you are agreeing to our terms below:
There is a small non-refundable appointment fee of £25 which will go towards any bridal gown purchased during your appointment.
Please bring no more than 3 guests with you to your appointment. Please do not bring children.
We find it's always best to keep a budget in mind when making your selection of gowns to try on. Our dresses start from £900 and go up to £3,000 with the average priced between at £1,800. Sale dresses are priced under £1,000.
Photography is not allowed unless a dress has been purchased. Please can you make sure that your entourage are aware of this prior to your appointment.
We are a small exclusive boutique only serving one bride at a time, so there is a small non-refundable appointment fee of £25. If you cancel your appointment at any given time, you will not be not be refunded.
In the past, we had many instances of brides failing to turn up for appointments, or cancelling up to 5 minutes before their time; not great for the bridal consultant, or any small business owner who has prepared for the day. We want to prevent this from happening, so that's why we've implemented our policy.
After filling out our bridal appointment form, a secure form will pop up asking you to fill in your card details. These will be kept on file and your appointment will be confirmed once the non-refundable £25 fee has been paid.
